Deliverables:
All bones, preserved in box of clients choosing with the following:
-Teeth
-Whiskers
-Claws
-Attempting Pelt preservation (if not possible then 1 clipping of black fur and 1 clipping of white fur). Sage understands Second Aerie’s limitations with pelt preservation and is willing to allow Second Aerie to practice understanding if the final result lacks long term integrity, only fur clippings will be provided.
-2 front paws preserved by chemical mummification. (Formalin, salt, borax- this applies to all other areas herein that mention “chemical mummification”).
-Tail preserved by chemical mummification
-Heart preserved by chemical mummification
-Paw prints
-Nose print
Client & Service Agreements:
Sage/Second Aerie both agree to regular communication and check ups on process. Second Aerie agrees to provide updates, noting any anomalies or other abnormalities during the preservation process.
Sage understands this is a 1-2 year commitment for the project to be completed.
All supplies and materials will be supplied by Second Aerie for Sage & Frank including box or other display items, not limited to but including all ribbon, lace, doilies or other accessories to complete Sage’s vision. All materials will get proofed by Sage beforehand.
Sage also understands that this is a natural and organic process with raw materials that don’t always end up “perfect”. Although we do our best, we can not guarantee perfection with death, rather we work with the organic matter and all stages of the decomposition process to the best of our abilities and resources. Every creature is different and every creature will be handled with respect and love. If anything arises of concern the client will be notified immediately and be advised of next steps.
*No refunds allowed and 100% of all sales are final once the memorial process is started.
**By purchasing and paying this invoice the client agrees to all of the above in a contractual agreement.
***Payment of this invoice acts as your signature to this agreement.
